A. Many of the resorts require closing costs to process, but for most branded properties we will waive all fees.

Q. Can I pick my own charity? A. You may donate the proceeds to any registered 501 (c) (3) charity under the US IRS code. Your donation is tax-deductable to the extent permitted by law.

Q. Do you accept all timeshares?

A. No, there are a few resorts that are not acceptable due to a variety of reasons. Please contact a donation specialists to find out if yours is acceptable.

Q. What does the charity do with my timeshare?

A. Soulshine Foundation liquidates the timeshare through a number of different channels; brokers, charities, private parties, and vacation clubs have been the recipients of many of the donated and liquidated properties.

Q. Who is Soulshine Foundation?

A. Soulshine Foundation is registered as a 501 (c) (3) charity under the United States Internal Revenue Code, so your donation is tax-deductable to the extent permitted by law.

Q. Will my name be off the deed?

A. Yes, ownership is legally transferred. Depending on the property, title is transferred via Deed, Membership, Lease, Assignment, or as required by the resorts official governing documents (Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions).

Q. Who do you use to transfer the timeshare out of my name?

A. Go Properties, Inc., a licensed, insured, and bonded escrow company will handle the transfer of title out of your name.

Q. How long does the donation process take?

A. Closings typically take 4-8 weeks and Go Properties guarantees that the ownership will be transferred in 120 days.

Q. Who will be responsible for my future fees?

A. From the day of closing Soulshine Foundation and or its assigns will be responsible to pay all future maintenance fees, special assessments, and property taxes related to ownership of the timeshare.

Q. How is your company different from a listing company?

A. Soulshine Foundation DOES NOT charge a “Listing Fee”, “Advertising Fee” or “Appraisal Fee” promising to transfer the property once a phantom buyer is secured at inflated market prices. Our services are guaranteed to transfer the timeshare out of your name.
